There is no cleaner and I have no control! I'm going to have to empty this computer and get rid of it to get rid of Conduit.

No growth potential or avenues for advancement. They will run over your rights here with a steamroller while holding meetings and wringing their hands about it employee turnover. I would like to see the pay system change. I also would like to see more employment opportunities & more room for growth within the company. I would not reccomend this place on my worst enemy.
And mind you, they do not care about the health of their emoloyees. In times like this that we are experiencing a pandemic, they would still force you to come to work. They'll allow you to work at home but only if you use the computer that they will provide. They don't care about the health of their employees.

I have worked for this company for almost two years they have great job opportunities but not a good pay . I was working for them but sitched contracts for another company . Once i left my previous job i tried to apply for the work at home postions for Conduent and i was informed I would have to wait six months to reapply which I thought was crazy . Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. The I-9 form is used to verify identity and employment eligibility, so an employer requesting that you complete one is not out of the ordinary. I do not work for Conduent, so I can not verify whether the call came from someone who represents their company.
You can get written up for being on the phone too long for each call, written up for not making enough sales, written up for everything. It's a customers service and sales job, so you are expected to kiss butts of course. You soon realize it isn't about helping the customers, but keeping the stats up.
